Summer Flights from Detroit-to-Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard starting at $208!!
As residents of Michigan, it’s tough to justify a trip away from the Great Lakes State in the summertime. If anything could get me to pack my bags it would be rock bottom flight prices to islands on the East Coast to experience how our “salted” counterparts enjoy their summer.
Nantucket and Martha’s Vinyard collectively have over 200 miles of shoreline. To put that into perspective, that represents the beachfront that stretches from South Haven to Sleeping Bear. These islands are known for their beaches, lighthouses, whaling history, and seafood. Before booking these flights, please ensure that you can find accommodations as the islands fill up fast and are known for being pricy!
These flights are the lowest I’ve seen for both of these destinations. For price comparison, these flights out of Detroit have historically been in the $510-$640 range. I picked out a couple of the lowest flights I could find, but if you’re looking for specific dates you can open the price graph or date grid in Google flights and drill down to find other options.
