For perspective, a similar trip to Costa Rica can regularly cost $600+ from Detroit and $700+ from Chicago, making Toronto an incredible value for travelers willing to reposition for the savings.
Liberia is the gateway to Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region, where you’ll find Pacific beaches, resorts, volcanoes, waterfalls, hot springs, and plenty of outdoor adventure. November is the transition into Costa Rica’s dry season, while December kicks off one of the most popular times of year to visit.
