Hi Lydia, I’m so sorry I am only just now seeing this. Our twins were born in Chicago so even at a young age we were road tripping to Michigan fairly often. We did take some longer road trips when they were younger (Florida, Montreal, Charlotte), but always left very early and packed a ton of food, drinks, and activities. I think one thing we did when they were younger is make sure that our flights were direct so that we didn't get stranded. As they’ve gotten older we’ve gotten more adventurous and at this point they are very easy to travel with and helpful. Hope this helps. What ages are your kids?
